On February 24, 2026,
Tainan Futurelearn officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Taiwan Robotics Education Alliance,
marking the beginning of a long-term educational partnership focused on:
???? Robotics Technology Education
???? Innovation Talent Development
???? Future-Oriented STEM Learning
Together, both organizations aim to strengthen students’ systematic development in:
✔ Engineering Design
✔ Computational Thinking
✔ Hands-on Problem Solving
✔ Team Collaboration Skills
According to the signed MOU,
the partnership will include collaboration in:
- Robotics elective courses
- After-school clubs
- Summer camps
- Competition-oriented training programs
The two sides will also continue co-developing technology education curricula and learning resources.
The agreement is built upon the principles of:
Resource Sharing
Professional Collaboration
Long-Term Educational Partnership
and will initially span a three-year cooperation period.
TFL Director Yu-Cheng Ou shared that technological literacy has already become one of the core competencies of future talent.
Robotics education, in particular, serves as an ideal platform for integrating programming logic, engineering design, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Through this collaboration with Taiwan Robotics Education Alliance Chairman Chen-Kuo Nien,
students at TFL will gain direct access to professional competition-based robotics programs and industry-level teaching frameworks,
allowing them to build a more complete and future-ready technology learning journey.
A particularly exciting aspect of this partnership is that future robotics-related certification exams and competency assessments will also be hosted directly at Tainan Frontier Learning.
This arrangement not only provides greater convenience for students participating in certification programs,
but also creates a more integrated learning journey by connecting classroom instruction with professional evaluation standards.
By reducing the uncertainty and logistical challenges of traveling to external testing locations,
students will be able to complete their certifications within a familiar and supportive learning environment.
According to the existing curriculum collaboration plan between both parties,
the VEX IQ Robotics & Competition-Themed Summer Camp will be launched during the summer of 2026.
The program will be offered in two sessions:
July 6–10 and August 10–14
Course content will include:
Mechanical Structure Design
Programming & Coding
Competition-Oriented Integrated Challenges
The camp will be conducted in a small-class format,
with a strong emphasis on hands-on practice and high-quality learning experiences.
Tainan Futurelearn has long centered its educational philosophy around
International Education and Experimental Education,
cultivating future-ready competencies through interdisciplinary projects, professional partnerships, and real-world task-based learning.
This collaboration with the Taiwan Robotics Education Alliance
marks another important step forward in TFL’s development of technology education,
while further strengthening an educational model where students can complete both
professional learning and competency certification directly within the school environment.
In the future, both parties will continue expanding the depth and breadth of technology education programs,
integrating the school’s internal teaching system with external professional resources
to build a more systematic and comprehensive pathway for technology learning.
Through this stable collaborative framework,
students will be able to establish long-term, stage-based learning plans within the school environment,
laying a strong foundation for future academic pathways and diverse personal development.
